Pitching
If you're going in to face Pickett, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. He frequently leaves fastballs up in the strike zone, where they get pounded. The running movement on his pitches makes life tougher on lefties than righties.

Defense & Hitting
He's reasonably quick to the plate but needs to vary his pickoff moves. Good baserunners appeared to time him last year. Pickett is nothing special in the field. Pickett is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Pickett has some pop in his swing.

2010 Outlook
I just don't know if The Free Agents are ever going to get what they expect out of him.
