Hitting
Pozo provides an ongoing clinic on how to hit .300. He works the count in his favor, waiting for his pitch or settling for a walk. Pozo always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. A spray hitter in the classic sense, Arquimedez puts the ball all over the park.

Baserunning & Defense
Pozo plays a near-flawless second baseman, making very few errors. His arm is accurate enough. Pozo doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often.

2010 Outlook
Pozo performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Anaheim Angels to ignore him much longer. Expect his name to be on the September call-up list.
