Eddie Taubensee
Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
One of the nice things about Eddie is that he's a real clutch hitter. Taubensee always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Taubensee when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
Taubensee is a poor defensive catcher. His weak, erratic throwing arm is his greatest liability. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.
