Hitting
Telles is an excellent mistake hitter who belts middle-of-the-plate fastballs or hanging breaking balls. Let's face facts: Telles hits a lot of ground balls... and in my book, if you're slow of foot and put the ball on the ground, you're bound to get tied up in the double play. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Jalon Telles to pull the ball. It's hard to explain but Jalon Telles plays much better on the road then he does at home.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Telles you're not putting him in for his glove. Jalon's arm leaves a little to be a desired. Telles has below-average speed and is a poor baserunner.
