Pitching
He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. His fastball is just average, and therefore he relies heavily on placing it in different parts of the strike zone or setting it up with his sinker. He generates few groundballs, though he keeps the ball in the park. His composure needs work. When Tutte starts getting hit, he gets mad and loses concentration. He changes speeds well enough to keep righthanders from teeing off on him.

Defense & Hitting
Tutte has a good move to first base and keeps baserunners at bay with a quick delivery. Tutte is nothing special in the field. Tutte is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Tutte has some pop in his swing.

I really like what this kid brings to the table.
