Matt Walbeck

Hitting
One of the nice things about Matt is that he's a real clutch hitter. Walbeck never has been a patient hitter. Let's face facts: Walbeck hits a lot of ground balls... and in my book, if you're slow of foot and put the ball on the ground, you're bound to get tied up in the double play. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
When you play Walbeck you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough. His speed is below average and he's not a threat to steal.
