Turner Ward
Right Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
Ward never has been a patient hitter. With his slap-hitting approach, Ward always hits like he already has two strikes. The results are usually groundballs or line drives to the opposite field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Turner Ward to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
Ward isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play Ward you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.

2010 Outlook
Ward flat-out isn't ready for this level of competition. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down promptly.
