Hitting
White usually pounds the ball into the ground to try to get the most out of his speed. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
White also has toned down the careless and overaggressive mistakes he used to make. He's still adept at making sliding catches on balls near the foul line. His arm is accurate enough. He's at his best in situations where a base has to be stolen, such as the late innings of close games.
