Hitting
He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. Williams always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Kansas City Lords do tend to sit Williams when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.

Baserunning & Defense
His defense is solid but unspectacular. His arm is accurate enough. Williams isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.

2010 Outlook
In four full big league seasons, Williams already has done more than what scouts projected when he came out of college.
