Baserunning & Defense
Willis isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play Willis you're not putting him in for his glove. Dean's arm leaves a little to be a desired.

2010 Outlook
What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Willis to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
