| STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES |
Strengths: Third base is covered by Ryan Minor. The Chicago Cubs have one of the best pens in baseball. Weaknesses: Although the Cubs like Glaizer as a first baseman and hope he can grow into his role, at present he is a weakspot in an otherwise strong lineup. Chicago's looking to replace their older shortstop with a little youth. They need one quality outfielder. Looks like they need three quality starters in the rotation. Quite frankly, the Cubs don't have any true long relievers, so one has to imagine that's high on their wishlist. |
