1. Kermit Johnson 20 378 Johnson has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. He has the tools to play all three outfield positions. His arm is accurate enough. When his legs are healthy, Johnson is an excellent basestealer with good speed and first-step quickness.
2. Julio Lugo 18 358 Lugo is one of the fastest players in the game and the majority of his stolen bases are the result of his pure speed. He also can take an extra base as well as anyone.
3. Edwin Jackson 17 353 His curveball is solid; he throws it better than your average starter.
